When your card expires, its removed from everyone’s wallets, your data is “archived and sent to you via email” and then reset on your app. You can change all your card details via edit functionality, with the exception of the number of stampz. To change this, you need to delete your card and create a new card. Deleting the card will have the same response as a card expiring.
You don’t have to, but it’s recommended for clarity.
